We use AUSPOST for most deliveries.

Signature on acceptance of delivery

We make use of Auspost to deliver your orders to you. We always ask for a signature. If you would prefer NOT to sign for your goods, we will not responsible for any loss if they are left at your door and go missing. If you are happy to have the stock left inside your gate/at the front door, and do not want to sign for acceptance, please make a note of that in the comment section of your order.

Furniture and returns

Furniture We do not deliver furniture (beds, tables, chairs,..) or beauty cases. This is due to problems with goods arriving damaged. The insurance and costs for sending these bulky goods is very high.

Returns No on-site warranty is offered for any of our products. Please contact us if you have a problem and need to send any items back.
We will accept product returns & provide you with a refund, credit note or repair where:

  • The product is faulty.
  • The product does not match the sample or description.
  • Change of mind: If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you a credit note or refund.


  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase.
  • You produce your original invoice at the time you return the item or other satisfactory proof of purchase.
  • The product must be in it’s original packaging. It must not have been tampered with. The product must include all instructions and accessories. Any seals must be intact.
  • If these requirements are not satisfied Planet Nails Distribution reserves the right not to offer a credit note or refund for change of mind returns.

  • If your purchase is less than $100 and you are in any state other than VIC, please email us your order so we can weigh and measure your parcel to give you the exact costing of the freight.
