TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Planet Nails website. By using our website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. By continuing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

About Our Customers Planet Nails Distribution primarily serves the professional nail industry. We assume that customers purchasing products are trained or educated in nail technology. While we provide ongoing product support, we are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect use or use without appropriate nail training.

First Orders For new customers placing a substantial first order, we may request proof of identification to verify payment and delivery details. This protects you against fraudulent use of your information. Orders that do not comply with this request will be refunded.

Pricing All prices are listed in Australian dollars and may be updated from time to time. Current pricing is always displayed on our website.

Orders & Payment Placing an order is an offer to enter into an agreement with us. No agreement exists until your order and payment have been accepted and processed. We accept payment via Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Afterpay. We no longer accept direct credit card payments; however, you can use your credit card through PayPal.

Delivery We deliver via Australia Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

We take every care to pack orders in accordance with Australia Post regulations, but once a parcel is with the carrier, it is outside our control. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages in transit.

We ship with Signature on Delivery. If you are unavailable and your parcel is held at the post office, please collect it promptly. If Australia Post returns an uncollected parcel to us, you will be charged a redelivery fee plus the cost of the return — a minimum of A$26.00.

If you choose not to have the order resent and request a refund, the following will be deducted:

  • The return fee charged to us by Australia Post
  • The original shipping fee from your order
  • A$10.00 administration and restocking fee

Refunds will only be processed once the parcel is returned to us in undamaged condition.

Returns & Damage Claims Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Any claims for damaged, missing, or faulty items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted. Reasonable photographic or video evidence will be required.

Warranties All Planet Nails electrical products include a 6-month warranty against factory defects (unless otherwise stated). This warranty is void if the product shows signs of physical damage. All returns must include the original receipt.

Faulty Products If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos or video. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Product Description We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Please note that colours may vary slightly from on-screen images. If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a swap in your next order.

Change of Mind We offer a 7-day change of mind return policy. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price, less the original delivery cost and a A$10.00 administration and restocking fee. Items not returned in brand new condition will be sent back to you at your cost.

We do not accept returns on Clearance Sale items.
