Warranty

All Planet Nails electrical products include a 6-month warranty against factory defects unless otherwise stated. This warranty is void if the product shows signs of physical damage. All returns must include the original receipt.

Faulty Products If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos or video as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Products If you receive a product that doesn't match your order, please contact us and we will arrange a swap.

Colour Variation We make every effort to represent product colours accurately. However, on-screen colours may vary slightly from the actual product. Please choose carefully, as change-of-mind returns on colour selections are subject to our standard returns policy.

Your Consumer Rights Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
