COMPLETE ELLA ZALA GRAFFITI ART GELS APPLICATION GUIDE

What You'll Need:

• Ella Zala Graffiti Magic Art Gels (Clear base + colours of choice)
• Dotting tools / Orange Wood stick or Cat tongue Nail Art brush
• PN Speciality Dual Cure lamp.

Basic Technique:

1. Graffiti Base Gel Apply a coat of EZ Graffiti base gel over your chosen base/colour, cure for 60s (405nm) or 2min (365nm). PRO TIP, leaving a gap around the nail edge when applying the base gel helps to prevent shrinkage of the colour and avoid blank spots.
2. Apply Graffiti Colour of choice: Thin layer of Graffiti Colour with light brush strokes. Thin layers will bloom faster but with less control, thicker layers will bloom slower but with more precision.
3. Design: Use your chosen tool to outline desired shapes or lettering.
4. Wait: 1-5min for natural bloom to occur.
5. Cure: Set under lamp - cure for 60s (405nm) or 2min (365nm).

Pro Tips:

• Clean gel off dotting tool, wooden stick or brush between applications
• For faster, more natural cracks: apply thinner coats
• Layer different techniques for complex designs
• The EZ Graffiti Colour Gels cure without a tacky layer so you can burnish mirror chrome into your design
• Chrome will not stick to the EZ Graffiti base gel
• You can seal your design with Lastik, Lastik HF, or any of the PN Base Gels to help prevent peeling before applying your preferred Topcoat.

Things to consider:

You can use other colour gels with the EZ Graffiti Base Gel like PN Gel Polishes or EZ Art Gels, please note that the consistency of these gels is much thinner and makes for less control- this is great for abstract designs, but it makes lettering hard. For best results we would always recommend using the Graffiti Colour Gels with the Graffiti Base gel.

The EZ Graffiti colour gels are thicker viscosity art gels that can be used for other effects independent of the EZ Graffiti base gel. The consistency allows the colours to be used for stamping, sponge ombre, filigree designs and one stroke art. Please note that these colours cure without a tacky layer.
