Tech Tools – The BIG Prep Drill Bit (Medium Grit, 3/32")
This natural diamond cross cut cuticle prep bit features a safety tip and is designed to remove shine, lift true cuticle, and prep the natural nail with precision. The larger bit size speeds up surface work. This is a great alternitive to to the Skinny Mandrel and Rollers as this bit functions the same but can be disinfected/sterilised and be re-used. Its shape allows you to reach areas that are difficult to prep with a hand file, helping you achieve a cleaner, more consistent nail plate. The cross cut design helps to prevent material build up and reduces the likelihood of heat generation. 

Switching from hand filing to the PN cuticle prep bit can significantly reduce lifting, as the nail surface is prepared more effectively and evenly.
